Movement around the area is possible with a chip bracelet, chip or card that you received from our reception upon check-in. You can also use the PIN code that we sent you in the confirmation email of your reservation.
Place the chip bracelet and card in the center of the reader.
If the red light on the reader lights up after placing the chip or card, please visit our reception with them. We will check the functionality of the chip and card.

Dear guests, the main gate closes automatically in the evening. You can open the gate using the chip bracelet, chip or card that you received upon check-in by placing it on the keyboard. You can also use the PIN code that we sent you in the confirmation email of your reservation. The gate will close automatically after your entry.
To enter the outdoor playground and the Babyland hall, you must pass through the access turnstile. Entry is only possible with a chip bracelet, chip or card issued to you by our reception.
When entering the Babyland hall, use the turnstile with the green arrow on the right please. When leaving the hall, also use the turnstile with the arrow on the right from your direction.
The card or chip must be placed in the center of the reader. If the gate does not open for you, try pass the chip over the entire reading area.
If you need more chips for your family, we will be happy to issue you a copy at the reception (deposit of €2).
Information for campers, guests staying in bungalows and mobile homes.
Guests who are camping or staying in houses must go through a security barrier gate.
You open the ramp using a chip bracelet, card or PIN code that you received in your email.
After you drive through, the ramp will automatically close.
Please use the turnstile to enter the pool.
You can open the turnstile only using a chip bracelet, chip or card that you received at our reception.
Place the card on the reader located in front of the turnstile, see photo.
Immobile guests and strollers can use the gate next to the turnstile to enter, which the lifeguard will open for you upon request.
To enter the workout area, enter the PIN code: 2015 on the keyboard and confirm with #.
The workout area cannot be opened with a chip bracelet or card. The entry PIN code is written on the information board located at the entrance gate.
The back entrance is designated for guests staying in the hotel section.
During the day, the entrance remains open. At night we lock the entrance.
You can access the building using the chip wristband or PIN code provided in the confirmation email of your reservation.
Please place the chip at the center of the reader. If needed an information sign next to the keypad will guide you.
The hallway is designated for guests staying in maisonette apartments.
